Design matters. I've proven that by delivering real results.

I've spent my career designing, coaching and inspiring teams to do their best work and focus on the metrics that matter.

Now I pair that with AI — a new way to lead by doing, and to leave every team more capable than I found it. I experiment, build, deploy, and share what I've learned.

What I've Done

AXS

AI-driven leader

Teaching skills and promoting responsible, strategic usage

Creating a team of critical thinkers, while reducing time and improving quality: Copywriting, from weeks to minutes; Research, from 3 weeks to 1 week; Reliance to independence.

Capital One

+4.5% funded loans

By changing how we thought about obstacles and goals

Broke down slow processes and inefficient review cycles to lead a 10-week redesign (from design to deployment) that lifted every metric that leads to conversion.

ROLE: LEADER • PARTNER • COACH

Ticketmaster

By focusing on fans

Partnered on a brand refresh, built a design system and led a UX/UI overhaul that improved fan trust and satisfaction by focusing on fan research and data.

Analyzed data and simplified navigation

Designed and launched a global navigation that multiplied discovery and conversion.

3 design systems

Design and engineering working as one

I build design systems in tight partnership with engineering. As a result we reduce design and engineering time by 30%, and visual QA time by almost 100%.

Zero-to-one

Brought new products to market and new teams to companies

Given a problem to solve and a goal to achieve, I staff teams, designing and building alongside them, and launch successful products. DirecTV Stream & motion design • Animation team at BuzzFeed • User Research at AXS

Learning by Doing

I'm learning every day: applying it to how teams operate so we work faster and smarter, improving customer loyalty, satisfaction and conversion.

A Vision is a rapid strategic roadmap

Visions are effective tools, if done right. They must be done quickly — big ideas, fast decisions. Then we use research to separate the easy from the difficult and influence what we build for the next 1-2 years.

An AI rollout needs context project preview

An AI rollout needs context

Process docs don't work. They're presented, and then forgotten. But AI turns these docs into conversations. I rolled out AI to my team with a set of GPT's that used process docs as context, improving quality and saving time.

Retro prioritization matrix with axes for urgency and work vs well-being impact

Retros are about action

I collaborated with my researchers to understand why team retros were frustrating, and fixed them by letting team members rank what's important, and then taking action. Engagement increases and issues drop.

Slack messages from employees praising the AI training workshops

AI adoption requires understanding

As one of the leading experts on AI at AXS, I learned most people don't understand AI. I led two company-wide "Intro to AI" workshops that reached hundreds of employees. Over night, teams were using AI in more strategic and effective ways.

AI hallucination is a feature, not a bug

While building an agent that summarizes education policy across government websites, I learned another reason AI hallucinates. A deeper understanding of AI leads to token savings and higher quality output.
